Ferrari's new $2.2 Million Super Car is Already Sold Out

The LaFerrari Aperta, a brand new ride for Ferrari is a convertible version of an existing model, the LaFerrari hybrid supercar. The car was revealed to the public for the first time on September 29, at the Paris Motor Show. Thanks to pre-sales, it actually sold out in July despite its $2.2-million price tag. Ferrari only made 209 of these cars, and it kept nine of them.

The Aperta features a V12 engine with 950 horsepower, making it the most powerful engine ever used in a Ferrari road car. It has a top speed of 217 miles per hour and does zero to 60 miles per hour in less than three seconds. The LaFerrari Aperta has the same curves and sharp looks of the LaFerrari, but this one comes with your choice: a removable carbon-fiber top or soft cover
